Food safety training
This training is designed for anyone who works with food products. During the food safety training, your employees will learn everything they need to know to handle food safely within your industry. The program is always tailored to the hygiene code that applies to your company. We focus on practical guidance to help participants apply the rules in their daily work and address the specific challenges they encounter on the job.
You can also enhance the food safety training with:

A baseline assessment prior to the training, where our inspectors evaluate the current situation within your company. The findings from this assessment are then used during the training to discuss and address identified bottlenecks.

An e-learning module after the training, allowing participants to revisit the material at their own pace. This helps reinforce their knowledge and ensures they retain what they’ve learned more effectively.
Allergen management training
How do you properly handle allergens to ensure that even guests with allergies can enjoy a safe meal? What needs to be arranged in the kitchen to make this possible? And how do you communicate about allergens in the right way? To teach your employees everything they need to know about allergen management, we offer both an in-company allergen management training and a short, practical e-learning module on this topic.

Legionelle prevention training
Preventing Legionella contamination means paying constant attention to it. Together with Eurofins C-Mark, Eurofins Bureau de Wit offers Legionella prevention training.
This training is for employees who implement Legionella control measures, and their managers, in hotels, healthcare institutions, marinas, campsites, and swimming pools.

What will you gain from these e-learnings?
HACCP
After completing this e-learning, your employees will know how to apply the basic principles of food safety correctly, handle food safely, and take the right precautions to prevent foodborne illnesses. They’ll understand what HACCP is, how Dutch food safety legislation works, and how to operate in line with the hygiene code.
The training also includes practical modules on product coding and temperature control, ensuring that employees know exactly which procedures to follow in daily practice.
Allergenen
After completing this e-learning, participants will understand the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance, know which 14 allergens must be declared by law, and learn how to identify and manage them in food products. They’ll also learn what cross-contamination is and how to prevent it, understand the legislation around allergens, and know the basic requirements for working safely with them.
In addition, the course teaches how to produce safely, label products correctly, and communicate clearly and responsibly about allergens with guests and colleagues.
